How the Event Works
Each attendee registers in advance through Main Street Vinyl’s website and brings one vinyl album of their choice. Throughout the evening, the group listens to one full side from each participant’s selection. Additionally, attendees may briefly introduce their album, or the event MC can introduce it on their behalf. Introductions are limited to 60 seconds to keep the music flowing.
Event formats:
- 2-hour event — up to 5 album sides
- 3-hour event — up to 7 album sides
- Events typically begin around 6 PM

Do I need audio equipment?

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your preferred event date to allow time for promotion, registration, and coordination. However, reach out whenever you’re ready and we’ll do our best to work with your timeline.
